TINNITUS

Ringing-in-Ears.jpg

Tinnitus is a ringing / buzzing sound in the ear. 1 in 22 people in the world experience it. This is not a disease, but a symptom of a particular health condition, such as an ear injury, a disruption in the body's circulatory system, or a decrease in hearing function that occurs with age.

Tinnitus can be distinguished according to:

  • Type of sound (continuous, intermittent, horizontal, up and down, etc.)

  • Sound frequency (high, medium, low tone)

  • Intensity (sound hardness)

The three factors above will help determine the right Masking Noise when doing therapy using Tinnitus Masker
